Fine Wine begins at high-acclaimed Voyager Estate, with it's flawless Cape Dutch architecture set in stunning manicured gardens.
Margaret River is renowned for producing exceptional Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay, along with Sauvignon Blanc Semillon, so here in Michael's room you will experience a privately guided tasting, with the estate sommelier, of Voyager Estate’s latest releases and museum vintages.

You then have time to sit back, relax and enjoy the stylish and comfortable journey to the where the Margaret River wine region began, the sub-region of Wilyabrup. Cullen Wines, one of the founding five wine estates, who have set the benchmark high being the first winery in the region to be biodynamic and organically certified. This unique experience, only available to Experiencesmith, will take you on a private tour of the winery tour and a tasting of their iconic Kevin John and Diana Madeline range plus some back vintages. Then you really can relax as you indulge in a 4 course Degustation Lunch with matching wines in the award-winning restaurant where you feel like you can reach out and touch the vines. Cullens Restaurant was the recipient of Two Chef Hats in the most recent Good Food Guide of Australia (2018).

Complete your day in style at boutique cellar door Pierro, who are highly regarded for their exceptional Chardonnay's, the 2006 vintage was named Wine of the Year by Ray Jordan & in 2013 the third Most Collected Chardonnay in Australia. 
Started in the 1970's, owner and winemaker, Dr. Mike Peterkin, was the first winemaker in Australia's to blend Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc that the region is now very well-known for.
